How do I know what size to order?

We recommend checking out our Size Chart for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do your suits hold up in chlorinated pools and other water conditions?

Yes! Our swimwear is designed by and for swimmers — it's made to withstand chlorinated pools, salt water, ocean waves, and freshwater swims. Rinse with clean water after each use and let it air dry out of direct sunlight to extend the life of your suit.

What fabric do you use?

All of our suits are made from Carvico Vita — a premium sustainable techno-fabric made from recycled materials. It's ultra-chlorine resistant, offers excellent UV protection, and provides a smooth, supportive fit built for movement.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Your first exchange is free. See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from Hawai‘i. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days within the United States. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order goes out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — Hapa Swimwear currently ships only within the United States and its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and more.

Where is Hapa Swimwear based?

We’re proudly based in Hawai‘i, founded by a former collegiate swimmer and ocean lover. Our name reflects our mixed roots — Hapa means "half" in Hawaiian, and we embrace that blend in everything we do.
