At Hapa Swimwear, we want you to love your suit — and feel confident wearing it. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

🕒 Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

💸 Returns

• A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, to either your original payment method or as store credit — your choice

🔁 Exchanges

Your first exchange is free — we’ll cover return and replacement shipping.

✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and hygiene liners must be attached
• No makeup, deodorant, stains, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
